What type of documents do I need to start my account?

What are the Paypal & Stripe fees?
Paypal and Stripe set their own fees. Please see Paypal & Stripe for more detailed information. ALX Wallet adds 0.35% to all payments done through Stripe.
What do I do when an invoice expires but I have not yet paid it?
When you create a ALX Wallet invoice it is valid for 30 days. ALX Wallet does not monitor invoices after 30 days if payment has not been received.
If you tried to pay for the invoice and the transaction was not accepted by the Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, or Digibyte networks, the funds will be spendable again in your wallet. Depending on your wallet, this may take 48-72 hours.
Why are certain currency payment options unavailable for ALX Wallet merchants or on a ALX Wallet invoice?
If you cannot pay an invoice, or send payments to a merchant in a certain currency or via a certain network (BTC, DOGE, Paypal, Stripe, +), this likely means that this merchant has chosen not to accept this currency, or payment method, by not connecting or creating the required wallet, or account necessary to receive payments in this method. Please contact the merchant and encourage them to connect, or create multiple payment methods and begin accepting payments using your preferred way to pay.
What currencies can merchants accept?
ALX Wallet allows merchants the ability to choose to receive payments in Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Digibyte, Ethereum, USD Coin, or Fiat currencies using card payment methods (Stripe & Paypal).
Can I accept multiple currencies within ALX Wallet marketplace?
Yes. Simply create or connect crypto currency wallets and either Paypal or Stripe to begin accepting multiple currencies for your goods and services.
Should I complete my profile information?
Yes. ALX Wallet is a peer to peer marketplace, so the more information you provide potential buyers or partners will help you to gain trust and do more business.
What are keywords and why are they important to promote my items for sale?
Keywords are words or phrases people use to search ALX Wallet Marketplace for goods and services. Make sure you’ve included keywords related to your items that people search for in order to help get your listing found by buyers. Upgrade to ALX Wallet Premium to increase your keywords per item from 2 to 5.
Are the items I create public in the marketplace by default?
Yes, when you create items, they become public by default within the ALX Wallet Marketplace and online at the associated “Payment Link”. You can turn this off and make individual items private by choosing not to list items in the marketplace.
How do I start listing and promoting my goods and services with ALX Wallet?
You can begin promoting your goods and services immediately by creating Items inside the ALX Wallet App. Just login and create your items. Then get paid anywhere with payment links, embeddable checkout widgets, invoicing, point of sale, and the ALX Wallet marketplace.
How long does it take for me to get paid?
You will receive funds immediately depending on block confirmation time for crypto currency payments and according to Stripe or Paypal if you are accepting card payments.
What fees does ALX Wallet charge me for accepting or sending payments?
ALX Wallet does not charge merchant or transaction fees when you are paid or send payments using crypto, but blockchain fees do apply. Paypal and Stripe+0.35% fees apply when sending or accepting card payments.
Is there a setup fee to get started as a merchant using ALX Wallet?
No, there is no setup fee. It is free to create crypto wallets, send or receive payments, and begin selling your goods & services immediately.
How do I export Sales into Quickbooks and accounting apps?
ALX Wallet offers the ability to export transaction histories to CSV file, which can then be imported to Quickbooks and other programs.
How do I set up my Point-Of-Sale Application?
It is available immediately once you login. Click on Receive and easily create point of sales to accept crypto or card payments.
How do I send a bill to my customer?
Create & start sending invoices to your clients within minutes. Just login, create an invoice, and click Send.
How can I use ALX Wallet to accept donations?
ALX Wallet offers all of its solutions such as invoicing, and payment widgets to process donations for non-profit organizations.
How do I create a bitcoin payment button? How do I create a crypto payment button?
To create a payment widget or “button” for accepting cryptocurrency payments, log in to your ALX Wallet mobile application, select Pay Links, and create your item to receive your widget and links.
Should I direct my customers to contact ALX Wallet with questions?
Questions about an order status should be handled by merchants. If the customer has a question about a payment status, then the customer should be directed to the network explorer handling the payment (Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Digibyte, Paypal, Stripe,+) where they can check on payment status.
What fees will I pay to use ALX Wallet for payment processing?
ALX Wallet's payment processing service for merchants has a simple pricing plan - just a 0% processing fee when transacting in crypto.
