Prodoge Products and Their Passwords
There are several passwords within Prodoge. You understand and agree that you must safely store your wallet's Private Keys and your login password. If you do not safely store your private keys or lose them for any reason, you will lose access to your funds, and there will be no recovery.

Why doesn't Prodoge have a phone number?
Prodoge does not have a phone number and does not provide phone support. If someone calls you claiming to be Prodoge, or if you find a phone number online claiming to be Prodoge, then you can assume that they are attempting to scam you.
Prodoge only provides customer support via the help form or email. Please submit all support requests via Prodoge’s help form, or via email.

Scammers Pretending to be Prodoge
Our users have reported people posing as Prodoge support to get sensitive information from them. Reminder: Prodoge will never ask for your private key, passwords, or your twelve word backup phrase.
Support Phone Number Scam
Some Prodoge users have been directed to call a fake Prodoge support phone number. Prodoge does not offer phone support at this time. You should assume that any number claiming to offer Prodoge phone support is a phishing scam.
This scam is often found on Reddit and Twitter in response to support questions. The scammer will answer and tell the person posting to call the support team and provide a fake number. These same numbers have been posted on various forums and listed as support numbers for various companies. This is so these fake numbers will show up under searches for “Prodoge phone number”.
General Cryptocurrency Scams
People will ask for online donations on social media using crypto currency. Use the same caution and common sense that you would when dealing with strangers asking for money in real life.
If anyone says they will give you Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Digibyte, or any other cryptocurrency if you give them some first, they are scamming you. You do not need to send any cryptocurrency in order to receive it.
